Amir was an awesome server! He was super friendly, kind, attentive, and patient! He always stayed on top of our needs! Such a nice guy!! We will come back just to have him! The ambience was gorgeous too! And the food! Well let’s just say..whoever is in there cooking-keep doing what they are doing! Happy customers here!

Our family had such a great experience at Grappa ’72! The food was absolutely amazing, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We have two kids, and one of them is a very picky eater. Even though it wasn’t on the menu, they happily offered to make him chicken fingers and fries, and he loved every bite. That level of kindness and flexibility really meant a lot to us. I had the pappardelle special with shrimp, scallops, mushrooms, and a creamy sauce (see the picture - it was incredible!), and it was absolutely delicious. We also ordered the chicken parm and the salmon with Moroccan lentils and spinach, and both were outstanding. I wish I had taken more pictures of the food, but honestly, we inhaled it before I even thought about it! This has quickly become our favorite restaurant for family dinners. The combination of incredible food, exceptional service, and a welcoming atmosphere keeps us coming back. We hope others enjoy it as much as we do!

Food: I took the Pollo Saltimbocca and it was delicious. The chicken breasts were small and tender, unlike the gigantic ones you get in store. The prosciutto flavor just melded into the chicken and the white sauce was out of this world. The mashed potatoes were smooth. The only thing I missed in the dish were the sage leaves. Service: Our server was excellent. She led us through the specials of the day and my wife chose from it (Shrimp papardelle, loved it). She always carried a smile on her face was not at all pushy and gave us enough time to decide.

We gathered here to celebrate a friend's successful dissertation defense. The atmosphere was excellent, with tasty food and warm, welcoming service. Highly recommended.

Walked in to a great little three piece jazz band by the bar. Very cool. The food was amazing and the atmosphere is very comfortable, almost to the point you don’t want to leave. The homemade bread and olive tapenade is a fantastic way to start. We had the melanzana eggplant appetizer, awesome. Entrees were penne romanoff with vodka sauce and Anthony’s pasta with sausage and meatballs, risotto frutti dimare and the risotto fungi. All were absolutely fantastic. It’s a must try if you love authentic Italian cuisine.
